Authors who publish in Journal of Arabic EdTech (JAET) retain full copyright of their work. Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant JAET the right of first publication and non-exclusive rights to distribute, archive, and disseminate the article in all forms and media. This policy ensures that authors maintain ownership of their intellectual property while enabling the journal to publish and promote the work as part of the official scholarly record.
Licensing Terms
All articles published in JAET are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Under the CC BY license: Authors retain copyright of their work. Users are free to copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Proper credit must be given to the original author(s), the article title, and JAET as the original source of publication. This licensing model supports maximum visibility, reuse, and academic dissemination while ensuring appropriate author attribution.
Author Rights and Permissions
Authors are permitted to: Share the published article on personal websites and academic platforms Deposit the final published version in institutional or subject repositories Use the article in teaching materials and presentations Distribute copies for academic and research purposes All redistributed versions must clearly indicate that the article was originally published in Journal of Arabic EdTech (JAET).
Third-Party Materials
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted materials (including images, tables, figures, or extended quotations) included in their manuscripts. Proper acknowledgment and documentation of permission must be provided upon submission. JAET is not liable for copyright infringements resulting from materials provided by authors.
Publishing Agreement
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors will be required to confirm their agreement with the journal’s copyright and licensing terms prior to publication. This confirmation ensures transparency, legal clarity, and compliance with international publishing standards.
