Submission Checklist
Before submitting your manuscript to Journal of Arabic EdTech (JAET), please ensure that the following requirements have been met. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to the author prior to peer review.
Manuscript Preparation
- The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript is written in clear and professional academic English.
- The manuscript follows the recommended structure (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References).
- The abstract is between 200–250 words and clearly states purpose, methodology, findings, and contribution.
- Five relevant keywords are provided.
- The manuscript length complies with journal requirements (6,000–9,000 words for research articles).
- All references follow APA (7th Edition) format.
- DOI numbers are included for references where available.
Blinding for Peer Review
- The manuscript file does not contain author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or identifying information.
- A separate title page containing author information has been prepared and uploaded separately.
Ethical Compliance
- The manuscript complies with research ethics standards.
- Ethical approval is stated (if research involves human participants).
- A Conflict of Interest statement is included.
- Funding information is disclosed (if applicable).
- Data are accurately reported and not fabricated or manipulated.
Figures, Tables, and Supplementary Materials
- All figures and tables are properly numbered and cited in the text.
- Figures are of sufficient resolution and quality.
- Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material.
Technical Requirements
- The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- All required metadata (title, abstract, keywords, author details) have been entered correctly in the submission system.
- ORCID IDs have been provided for all authors (if available).
Author Declaration
- All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.
- All authors agree to the journal’s Copyright & Licensing policy.
- The submission complies with JAET’s Publication Ethics and Open Access policies.
